Sacramento Officials Discuss Possible Changes to Police Duties

Sacramento police may be changing the way they interact with the communities they serve. Traditionally, it’s police that respond to 911 calls. However, that’s likely to change due to reforms being discussed Wednesday in a special meeting at City Hall.
